All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they are received in good condition. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the merchandise was received in satisfactory condition.
No Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Rams Jewelers.
